Account Identifiers:
Email Address: Required for account creation, login, and security purposes

Hashed Password: Your password is encrypted (hashed) and stored securely for
authentication. We do not store or have access to your plain-text password.
Display Name (Nickname): Used to personalize your experience and display your
created stories.
Profile Image (Avatar): Custom-uploaded by the user.
User-Generated Content & AI Input Data:
Custom Profile Banner: Image uploaded to personalize your profile banner.
Story and Character Content: Text and metadata of stories and characters you
create.
AI Prompts: Prompts and inputs used to generate AI Covers, Character
Art, and
AI Story Text (racconti), stored to
allow you to regenerate or manage your content. These prompts may be processed by
third-party AI providers (as specified in Section 3).
Usage and Activity Data: Information about stories created,
features accessed (e.g., AI generation usage), timestamps, and current Ear-Coins balance displayed in
your profile.
Advertising Identifiers (AdMob): Non-personal device
identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID or Identifier for Advertisers) used by Google AdMob for ad
targeting and performance measurement.
2. How We Use Your Information (Purposes & Legal Basis - GDPR)
To manage your account and provide access to the application
(Legal Basis: Performance of a Contract).
To store your generated content (profile banner, stories,
characters, AI prompts) on Firebase (Legal Basis: Performance of a Contract).
To generate new text stories and content based on your input
using
third-party AI models (Legal Basis: Performance of a Contract).
To track and display your Ear-Coins balance in your profile,
and enable the reward system for ads and in-app purchases (Legal Basis: Legitimate Interest /
Consent).
To monetize the service through advertisements (AdMob) and

3. Third-Party Service Providers (Data Processors)
Firebase (Google LLC) - Hosting and Backend: Provides
secure authentication (Firebase Auth), database services (Firestore/Realtime Database), and file storage
(Firebase Storage) for user profiles, story data, AI-generated images, and Ear-Coins balances.
Google Generative AI (es. Gemini) - Content Generation: Utilizzato per processare i

content, AI prompts, Ear-Coins balance) is retained while your account is active. Upon
account
deletion
request, data will be removed within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.
Security: Firebase security features (secure authentication,
Firestore Security Rules, password hashing) are implemented to protect your data. Absolute security
cannot be guaranteed due to inherent internet risks.
5. Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR)
If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access, rectify, port, erase,
