during registration to identify your profile and manage your "Ear-Coins" balance, as detailed in our

Age Requirements: You represent that you are at least 16 years
old or have reached the minimum age required for digital consent in your country.
3. User and AI Generated Content
Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the
texts, prompt, selected genres, and content (including stories and characters) that you
create and
generate using the Service.
Intellectual Property of Input and Output:
You retain all intellectual property rights to the input (prompt, selected genres) and the
resulting content
you generate (including story texts and images). You grant Manga Chronicles a worldwide, non-exclusive,
royalty-free
license to use, store, and display your generated content solely for the purpose of operating,
maintaining, and
improving the Service.
AI Content (Disclaimer):and visual content
(covers, art, and stories) is generated by an Artificial Intelligence (AI) model. The AI
may produce
inaccurate,
imperfect, or, in rare cases, content that might infringe upon copyright. Manga Chronicles does not
warrant the accuracy, suitability, or
legality of the AI-generated content, especially concerning the selected genres. The use of such content
is at your sole risk and responsibility.
4. Rules of Conduct and Prohibited Content
You agree not to use the Service (including the selection of genres or the input of prompts) to create or
share content that is:
Illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, threatening, or promotes
hate speech.
Violates the intellectual property rights or privacy of third parties.
Contains spam, unauthorized advertising, or chain letters.
Violates Google AI's content moderation guidelines.
5. Monetization, Ear-Coins, and AdMob Rewarded Videos
Manga Chronicles is a free service supported by third-party advertising (provided by Google AdMob).
Access to content generation features is conditioned upon the use of in-app virtual currency
("Ear-Coins"), which can be earned through various in-app activities.
Ear-Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Content Costs:
Story + Cover (Bundle): 40 Ear-Coins
Character Concept Art: 30 Ear-Coins
Daily Login Reward:
Users receive 5 Ear-Coins for each daily login.
Daily Challenges:
Users may earn additional Ear-Coins by completing optional daily challenges, including:
Create Stories: Create 3 stories in one day → +20 Ear-Coins
Wheel of Fortune:
Users may spin a daily Wheel of Fortune to receive a random Ear-Coin reward:
10% probability: 50 Ear-Coins
90% probability: 2 Ear-Coins
Rewarded Advertisements:
Users earn 8 Ear-Coins for each rewarded advertisement viewed in full.
Ads must be watched to completion to receive the reward.
Prohibition of Abuse:
It is strictly prohibited to use software, VPNs, ad-blockers, bots, or any method intended
to block, hide, modify, automate, or bypass advertisements, daily rewards, challenges,
or the Wheel of Fortune.
Penalty for Abuse:
Any attempt to manipulate the monetization or reward systems (including AdMob,
daily login rewards, challenges, or the Wheel of Fortune) will be considered a serious
violation of these Terms. Manga Chronicles reserves the right to immediately and permanently
suspend or delete the user's account in the event of proven abuse.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." Manga Chronicles provides no express or implied warranties regarding the
operation of the application. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service or AI-generated content.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on our website or
within the application. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of
the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Italy.
9. Third-Party Intellectual Property and Attributions
The Service utilizes certain graphic assets under licenses that require explicit attribution. We acknowledge
and respect the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Iconography: All icons and graphic symbols used throughout the application interface

commercial use and modifications but requires visible attribution.
